Need Conference Program

Is there a conference program that works really well? I have meetings every week and some members are not able to come because they are either away, cannot get in town or what have you but they can get online through their laptops. Now I don't need video, just audio. But it needs to be clear.
We tried:
-Teamspeak (worked but the sound was horrible)
-Skype (also horrible)
-MSN (now only works one at a time with call function)

I know that Microsoft does have a program for this but I can't remember the name and I don't know how much it would cost for everyone either...But I DO KNOW that M$ had a specific program for this...

Sorry, don't know any other programs except the ones you've mentioned. :frown:

I don't do too many conference calls and those I do, are mainly with friends and not related to work, so I'm doing it mainly with Skype and I'm pretty satisfied with it. :grin:

Most of the time it's working quite well, at least for me and for my needs...;-)

Yeah it is called 'NetMeeting' but they were nice enough to cancel the program and its functions without letting people know. That was the first one we tried to get running because we knew it worked well.
