Ok, contacted xfx tech support and tiger direct tech support, Didnt recieve a reply from eaither of them.
So i'l ask the forums.

Does the nForce 680i Lt

needa special power supply. I own one that is beiong used on a p4. Can i reuse it for this dual core board?

And does this board support Ide? ( HDD dvd Rom)

It needs a power supply with a 24 pin atx power connector as well as an 8 pin aux power connector. It does have one IDE port for dvd rom etc.

Also that 1 ide port, incase u werent aware, can handle 2 ide devices
