So I finished building my computer and everything and I just wanted to hear everyones opinion. You can see all the hardware I have on my signature. If you want more pics or pics inside my case just ask and I would be happy to give them you. Constructive Critisiscm is also welcome. Oh and sorry for the mess in my room.
Nice rig. ;-)
But why is this in the off topic area?

Nice rig....Only one suggestion....Lose the IDE Asus Ribbon and get yourself some proper shielded cable. I would suggest 'Cobra Cables' to match the look you have with that OCZ black mesh on the power cables. It will improve air flow and less cross talk.

Need to work more on your cable management.
Also relocate your center and rear speakers as whats the point on having 5.1 if the rear speakers aren't in the right spot plus you can mount them on a wall since they don't use a tripod. Raise your LCD and put the center speaker in front.
I would stick with the traditional ribbon IDE cable as they are easier to hide since they are easier to work with than those hard round cables that just stick out like what Viagra does to a male.

His cables look a heck of alot nicer than mine. But I always tear my Frakin rig apart.
Just installed the 1TB Seagate for testing and got a Mushkin 2x2GB kit in today to test also.

All my cables are ziptied to the case its just looks messy cause there are so many of them. The only one that isnt ziptied is the IDE cable and i will fix that soon enough with the rounded IDE cable.

Bah, the potential for cablemanagement is much better with tradition grey IDE cables.
Give these a quick read:

Folding the grey IDE cables works like a charm; if you can fold a paper airplane, you can fold IDE cables.

Im gonna try it out this weekend, thanks for saving me the time and money of me going out and buying the round IDE cable even though it is worth 3 dollars.

Don't waste you time with round cables unles you like showing off tacking crap in the case.

The benefit of rounded cables is much more then looks. As I mentioned...'Cross talk'...Here is an article with benchmarks ta boot!

I have a rounded ide cable but its silver UV reactive so looks good with my UV light thingy :) Although the new scyth LED fan I got with my cooler kinda is too bright to see the UV effects now :(

I was thinking of getting a UV sensitive cord but i dont need anymore lights in my computer,

Looks good, very nice bobletman!
You still need to work though on your cable management. :icon_tiphat:
Actually, I'm not the right person to say this as my cable management in my rig is VERY BAD and I really suck at it (or am I just too lazy...), but if you have good hands, I'm pretty sure you'll be able to do it.
Anyway, nice rig and nice setup...;-)

Thank you very much. I probably wont fix some of the cables for a really long time because I am incredibly lazy as well.

Every once in a blue moon I pull my rig apart and find new ways to hide my cables and each time it gets better n better. Im pretty happy with how I have mine after doing it all over again today. The only improvements I could make from here is if I had a modular psu. Maybe that can go on my list of To Buy

Ye I use cable ties and zip ties in combination. But I just bust em all n start over. Zip ties r cheap as chips

They may be cheap but I am incredibly lazy and I dont feel like doing it all over again. I will eventually move my wires around when I get bored one day.

Zipties are a godsend when it comes to cable management.

I bought about 100 of them just to be safe and for future use.
