Shwarz promised us picture of his girlfriend when he won the last 8800gts off here. The promise has been running for over a month now.... can Scott force him to give it back, if the promise is not fulfilled ?

Well I can say if his name gets drawn again and no picture of the girlfriend by then I can lose his slip and draw again.

It's all about living up to your end of the bargain. He said that he would, so he should. It would suck if he agreed to it without his gf's knowledge, but them's the breaks ;) :P

She said she would and when things smooth down I promise I will get it.
We almost split up recently though.
The reason why I haven't bothered her with it.
Had to do with the fact that I spent too much time on my computer, did nothing in the house and didn't have a job either.
I had all my things packed up and ready to hit the road.
I was thinking about going back to Nevada and skip this harsh winter coming.
I know its kinda direct the way I put it but thats how it went down recently.
You have probably noticed that I'm not as active as I used to be and thats pretty much the reason.
I'm surprised Simon didn't tell you about it Jules or that you were not aware of it.
Anyways I know I said it before but I will get that picture...I will get it...

Oh wow man that sucks. But dont you have a job now? She shouldnt try and control how much time you spend on the computer. Im rooming currently myself and i do things, have a job, and im on my PC all the time. Here lately its been gaming cause of no internet. When im on, im either at Waffle House with my parents or the Starbucks down the road.

No its called i dont let poon control me really. No chick has ever been able to keep me from playing games. Lucky for them, the girls i WAS in a serious relationship with i didnt have much time for games so i was usualy with them all the time.

Its just, i prioritize. But most of the girls im with LIKE gaming anyways so ive never really had a problem with it. The one girl i was with that had a problem with it i told her. Look, you have your crap you like and i have my computers and music i love. I will never choose you over them so you can be with me and deal with it like i deal with your crap or you can loose me. Ive always had that kinda attitude and ive never had any kinda problem at all.

That's harsh to say to someone, especially a women. No offense, but that's shallow.

You just need to organize your time.

There's an old saying they have back in Syria; Al zayed akho al na'is.

That translates to: Too much of one thing is the brother of too little of one thing. Or in other words, do things in moderation. ;-)

Exactly. A mature lady will understand what your pasion is, and will know you WILL make time for her no matter what. Its not harsh, its just not letting poon rule you. I make fun of my uncle cause hes had 4 wives and is on his 5th one. Why? Cause he thinks with whats behind is zipper and nothing more. So hes been wiped clean 4 times and will a 5th time if he keeps it up. I dont do that, and i dont let my girls ruin me. Idk, its complicated.

I mean, i dont meet a girl and am automaticaly like "hey, i love computers, and i love music. You cant tear me away from either, dont try or its over" Come on im not like that. I get them to understand That ^^^^ in a different more sweet way :)

When you meet the right one you will make time for them as they will give you the time to play with whatever hobby you have. Respect goes both ways. But standing your ground has to be done at the beginning not during of the relationship. Let them know ahead of time...This is what I like to do. If they don't like it then you saved yourself a whole bunch of heart ache and money as well as time. When I meet someone new I go through a list ahead of time. If they have not ran off screaming for their lives, then its all good to proceed.

Haha yea that sounds about right. I let them know on the first date/first meet how much of a dork/geek/musician i am. If they are still around when they find out i love original Pokemon they are good to keep :)

Man don't you guys remember the month I won the contest.
It was insanely ridiculous.
I was on my PC 7 days and besides sleeping I was always on my computer.
I don't know I mean I have to admit it was a bit ridiculous.
So thats the whole reason why I take more time.
And anyways I couldn't go on without a job.
I'm 24 didn't work for a whole month and a half without doing anything at all of my days.

yeah, i agree with zachig....its actually easier to become detached from your computer once school starts, or you have something to do like homework....
