Will i get RMA

Am i doing this right, i need to RMA my 7950GT AGP back to XFX.

I raised a ticket on the XFX site and explained to them i brought the card ages ago on ebay and when i boot up the screen is totally corrupt, need to send back for repairs.

Im still waiting on reponse, have i done this correct of RMA a graphics card ?

basically i need some help with this, now do i wait for a reponse of a RMA number so i can send it back and how long does that take or is there another way to RMA quicker.

Hi, thanks for helping the ticket number is 116755,

i would really appreciate if you could help me and get my card back to XFX for them to look at.

So have i gone through the correct procedure about creating a ticket, i explained everything that the card i faulty but not heard anything else this afternoon, how long would it normally take to get the RMA information so i can send the card back asap.

Unless I am mistaken, you shouldn't have mentioned ebay since you live in the UK and that region doesn't have the double lifetime warranty but it looks like everything might be ok since xfxsupport never said anything definitive as of yet.

Also post your ticket number in your post too.

I just got my RMA number, thanks for all your help,

I wanted to know if my card 7950gt is buggered will XFX send me a new replacent, also how
do these cards overclock. Do they oc really well like the Gainward 7800GS+ G71core since they have
a great cooling solution.

One last thing i wanted to know with the 7950GT, whats difference between black and blue pcb.
