Hi, I'm having some problems with my boss PC, his PC has the following specs

Quad Core Q6600 GO
1 XFX 8800 Ultra OC edition and 1 XFX 8800 ultra normal edition
2x Seagate 250GB's single plate raid 0
DDR2 PC-6400 XMS2 4GB's
Auzentech Preludea
Enermax Galaxy 1000W
DFI NF680i LT SLI

The problem is with the right power connector of the 8800 ultra normal edition, I recheck every cable from the PSU, tested the card one by one and also tested the normal edition graphic card with the cables of the first one, and it still didn't work like always the enermax would put herself in safe mode, Then I unplugged the cables of the power connectors and determined that the problem was related with the right power connector since it was only when I plugged the right connector that the enermax would put herself in safe mode. One guy that I know had the same problem with a XFX it was 2 mosfets that burned, so what I want to know is how long does it take with the RMA, the card is located in Portugal (Europe) but if you don't know how long it takes in Europe you can tell how long it takes in USA just to give me a estimative since this is a work PC I need to know +/- how long will it take. Thank you in advance.

I am not sure on the process time for your area. Have you tried to exchange it through your retailer? Also start a support ticket at www.xfxforce.com and let me know the ticket number.
