Well I have a new OC and my PC just randomly rebooted, never turned off, just rebooted. I am guessing it didn't like that OC, what do I do next? Turn up V-Core? It rebooted randomly in FireFox, temp was 38.

What makes you think volts? I am a nub at OCing, trying to learn. It was 100% stable in test before crash, that was at plus .025 volts, what is safe?

1.575 is stock, was up to 1.600, should I go to 1.625?

Increase the vCore or decrease your overclock...

i would say max on those chips would be 1.65-1.7 but im not 100% sure
if ur temps are reasonable (under 60-65 load) then go as high as u want..

38idle, 61 full load for 30 minutes. Intel Max temp is 67.
But that symptom is not enough Volts?

Is there is "Key of Thumb" (Sounds stupid when you type it) to how much over is safe? like .2? .15?

Basic rule of thumb to follow: increase the voltage as you see fit.
Increasing it 0.2V or 0.15V or 0.5V doesn't really matter.
