Lost planet Error!!!!!

i recently got an xfx 8600gt 256mb and lost planet extreme condition was bundled along with it. till now i am unable to install lost planet. whenever i try to instal the game it first installs a software called steam which shows an error (unable to load steam.dll) and itself after installig and the installation of lost planel doesnt continue... wat do u think the problem is????? wat shud i do play tat game????

OK, Go to steam-powered then download the client.
After you install it, make an account, login, then click on the games tab at the top > click Activate Product on Steam > the rest is history
