Yup, just go over to nvidia.com and see the difference. I couldn't get it under nvidia software; I just popped ntune into the search bar and blamo.

Well I think the big this is now that if you install it overclocking your GPU thru it works better than before and now you can control your GPU fan speed thru it. I think the point is we would rather use a NVIDIA based tool than 3rd party tools. You can also overclock the stream processors with the new nTune.

Don't OC stuff on the Mobo, and only do the GPU then, fairly simple, and logical
