question about windows xp

Ok i finally got my windows xp pro, i have windows xp home SP1 installed right now, cant i just put in my windows xp pro SP2 run the disk and install it will that work?

You should be able to boot of the PRO CD and run it as an upgrade.

Its always better to format during an upgrade though, but yea that would work.

So just reformat my whole drive, because thats what i wanted to do. ill just clear everything but after i beat COD4, i got some amazing screen shots ill be posting

You can look in the directory folder of CoD4 and you can save your screenies and save games. Also, if you took the screenies with Xfire you can look in the root directory of the Xfire instalation and find those screenis and patch downloads as well.

Best bet when dealing with different OS's is to format tbh.

Agreed, what I do is that, I install my Spybot and ther antivirus, then I leave updating all night, after the installation.
