i just got adobe master suite cs3 and installed it with serial and keygen and it worked fine no errors. but then i notice flexnet licensing running in the background when i open photoshop.

the only problem i'm having is that if flexnet licensing "phones home" and i get photoshop to work doesn't that mean that adobe knows your using a bootleg version of their software. or having a keygen and activation code gets rid of all that problem? i got the master suite to work but i'm trying to figure out how to disable flexnet without having problem starting out pscs3 but no luck i have to enable flexnet everytime. or else the program won't work. just worried about this.

Adobe has a fascinating security program that always allows them to see if your running a bootleg program. My brother works there as a systems administrator. They know and can charge you at any time they wish. Adobe is one company you really don't want to bootleg as at times in certain areas they will enforce the issue and you will have police at your door and they will confiscate your system and charge you using your system as evidence. I know about it because my brother talks to me about it all the time.

Well posting about installing a bootleg copy of a program in a public forum is kinda lame. This is not necessary at all but if your worried. Install the program with the internet disconnected. Then use your firewall to block all adobe programs from accessing the internet. Even if Adobe can see you there is nothing they can do. All they can see is a IP nothing more. Interpol is not going to come after you over a Adobe product. Inless your downloading off honey pot ftps there not going to come a knocking.

yea, i know what your talking about. the only reason i really need this to work is that i use this at work but for some reason i can't get a work copy home. there's so much work i can't finish there that i have to take home. I can't really afford to buy it at this time. the other thing is that when you said block everything that needs to connect online. that's the problem if i turn off flexnet then photoshop won't open due to licensing problem.

If this is something you need for work you really got to get them to buy you a licence. They cannot expect you to work from home without providing you with tools. However, check with your work regarding the licenses for the Master collection. How many do they have?

We got 10 licences from Adobe (sponsoring deal) which meant that we could have a license at home to for the few of us that needed the lot. I do remember there were some talk about it being ok to have the same license at home/work as long as you only used one at a time. Maybe Sadasius have a better clue if they still are doing that.

Do you really need the full Master suit? That's every possible program except the servers. There's smaller packages and even the separate programs and maybe your job even have older versions that you legally can use?

The flexnet which many products use... the primary goal "I think" is to actually prevent people "the customer" that buys it from using it on more than one computer. Supposedly flagging a license that is being used multiple times. Which after shelling out a grand or two on a program will more than likely prevent urges to do this. So you do not want your expensive serial to get flagged and bagged.

Though a free serial will not hurt your pocket. I assure you Interpol or the Adobe police will not raid your home. The RIAA is the only illegal enforcement that can prosecute over a John Doe IP. They can not even raid your house though that is to say today they can not do that.

Sure they can use this for piracy but with a random keygen maker would require a mass key blisting that probably lead to blisting a proportion of actual customers.

These deterrents are to stop customers from sharing licenses/dvds/mp3s that is it. They can not stop the crackers from bypassing this. AACS DRM is a great example of the uncrackable... crackable.

As others have said before me, talk to your employer and get a legit key. They can't expect you to work at home without the correct tools.

i work for high moons studio and no, they don't provide us with licences for home work. they really don't want us to take it home but for me, to ensure good quality i spend time working on it at home. and the reason why i got the master suite is that because it was the actual version and not the trial. i also use premiere and after effects. i see a lot of people getting viruses with the program except this one. the keygen worked for all the program that comes with the suite.

i really want to buy the program but can't afford it for now.

thanks for all the advice i know its lame to talk about bootleg programs but this is only temporary untill i save up enough money to buy one.

i'm not the person who usually takes advantage of bootleg programs but in this case i just need to get some work done.

I think we all need to watch this educational video and we can all learn what are actions can lead to.
