Unknown Device

I just ran Hiren’s BootCD (great info btw PP, I thought “Ultimate BootCd” was great) and under Unknown Devices it found my old 7900GS….see attachment. After I uninstalled the 7900GS I ran driver cleaner before I installed my new 8800GT. I don’t understand this…any thoughts or solutions?

If it doesn't show up in the Device Manager I wouldn't worry about it.
