Was this an RMA in North/South America or in the Europe area? PM me the RMA number.

Thanks for brining it to my attention. This was a mistake as we do not use 8600GT cards to replace 7900GT cards. I will send a PM to see what can be done.

Thanks for the quick response xfxsupport. I sent a PM back to you. Was wondering which ones? I read up a little on that card and I think I know which ones would be used for replacements. Seems a lot closer to what I RMA'd.

Also just curious, you do not use the 8600GT to replace the 7900GT because it is a far more superior card? Did I just screw the pooch by posting about this? HAHA

They won't replace 7900 with an 8600 because the 8600 is slower. 7900 is still a great card.
