Juiced HIN2 & 8800 GT chopping problems

Anyone experienced such problems on G92 and XP? Game chops frame rates like crazy at all settings. Works like a charm in Vista. Used all latest drivers to no avail:help:

this game is very poor optimised,like JUICED 1!Sucked a lot and it is a direct port,with no optimisations for PC

If you enable Vsync in the NVIDIA control panel, does that help?
