Many of you have Flash Drives, which are great for storage of: documents, files, presentations, or any number of things. Additionally a flash drive is great for using portable applications on the go, especially if you have room for them. Here are a few useful links I've come across for using making use of your Flash Drive in any number of different ways. Hopefully you will find them useful. If you'd like to contribute a few that would great.

How to Make Your USB Drive into a Digital Swiss Army Knife (http://www.rewardprograms.org/thefreegeek/features/how_to_make_your_usb_drive_into_a_digital_swiss_ar my_knife.html)

Portable Freeware Collection (http://www.portablefreeware.com/?p=2) - Arguably the largest directory of free portable software around.

100 Portable Apps (http://www.makeuseof.com/tag/portable-software-usb/)

List of Portable Software (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_portable_software) - Wikipedia entry, which I worked on in the Summer of 2006 and was summarily vandalized. It is still quite useful though.

Yeah, portableapps is very useful. They were one of the first groups to really get a handle on portable software and their versions of different applications have rarely caused me problems. By the way, if you're using Vista and don't need to fill up your whole Flash Drive Readyboost (http://www.microsoft.com/windows/products/windowsvista/features/details/readyboost.mspx) is a decent way to use the extra space. This has been mentioned quite a bit, but since the application is so useful I thought that I'd mention it again.

By the way, nice signature bromro ;).
