Desperately needing some help!
I have a XFX 7600 GT PCI-E that seems to be going on me.
First sign was the coloured dots on boot up, and sometimes on windows desktop. It has now progressed to lock ups, distorted/stretched polygons and flashing textures. This tends only to be when running 3d games.
Have spoke to tech support using the livechat and they suggested a possible power issue?
Having read some of the messages here I would just like to ask if anyone can give any further insight based on previous experience!
I have a Intel Duo Core 6400,
2gig of ram,
2 HDD
1 DVD Writer
Coolermaster 430w igreen.
running windows XP.
This system has been running for just over a year without a problem, but now it seems to be going downhill... Any hints suggestions?
Any way I can do any tests without swapping out components and such?
