Need help with 680i lt sli....getting the blue screen

like i said before, i keep getting the blue screen no matter what i do. also, i can't boot from a cd (tried to run memtest and the bios upgrade). the cds work fine on other computers. as far as lights go, i can see 2 yellow and 1 blue in the top right corner (above the ram). i've been workin on this all day and still can't get it to work. please help.
