I currently own a PS3 (Heavenly Sword, NG Sigma, Resistance and Uncharted) and a 360 (Assassin's Creed, Dirt, Halo 3, Mass Effect and The Darkness).
Any tips on which game to get next?
I'm thinking of Turok, but then again, it's another FPS. Something somewhat refreshing would be nice.
Btw, and as far as praised multiplatform games go, I already own Bioshock, Cod 4, Orange Box, GH III, UT 3, Oblivion and Gears of War for the PC.
Also, I don't plan to get DMC 4 and Burnout Paradise until those games cost about half their current price.
Thanks in advance!

Well, since you didn't mention Crysis, I'll assume your PC isn't up to playing it? It is an FPS, but there's a lot that can be done with the editor, making it fairly unique. You also didn't mention Medal of Honor: Airborne, you might want to consider that. For a change of pace there's Need for Speed Pro Street.
BTW, I'm curious as to why you chose to buy the PC version of GoW rather than the 360 version? The PC version does have a bit more elaborate graphics but the tradeoff of all the stuttering seems not worth it. I may sound pessimistic, but I doubt Epic Games will ever fix the stuttering with a patch.

I just picked up Lost Odyssey for the 360 today and so far its awesome. Its by the same guy that started Final Fantasy, and the same composer worked on it too. The battle system is really familiar, the graphics are beautiful and so far the gameplay and story are really cool. But like I said, I just got it today so I'm still figuring it out. Get this, its 4 disks long. So not something you're gonna blow through in 3 days

Yes, my PC won't be able to play it properly. But even if it were, Crytek games are definitely not my thing. It's all style and little substance, IMO. Besides, they butchered Far Cry; the game was awesome until they decided to throw in the Trigens. That ruined the game for me.
I've got Airborne, too.
As for NFS, that series has been disappointing me ever since Most Wanted.
About GoW...unbelievable as it may seem, the game runs flawlessly at 1024*768, near maxed details on my humble 6800 GT. I've got lucky, I guess.
Bobletman, I forgot to mention; I'm not into MMO's. But thanks anyway.
Srpeters, that game is on my "to get" list indeed :)
I'm just not sure whether I'll get it on release date (within 2 weeks), though.

Well after what you said about Far Cry and Most Wanted I can see you are very picky, so I'll let others chime in. Far Cry is a well deserved classic and MW is pretty much the best in the NFS series. If I were upset by games of that caliber I'd be struggling to find ones I like too.

Where do you live at? Lost Oddsey was released in the US on the 13th.

In Portugal (Western Europe). The game is scheduled for release on the 29th. I'm still not sure about that one. It looks amazing and seems to have a great focus on the story development, which is awesome in my book. But the gameplay itself seems to be exactly the same as any JRPG from 10 or 15 years ago. Is is true?
I've checked the European release list for March, and it looks pretty good: Condemned 2, BF Bad Company, Vegas 2, Viking, Dark Sector...so yeah, I guess I can wait a couple more weeks :)
Frag Maniac, I see where you're going. Yeah, I guess that some people might get that reading from my last post. But I assure you, it's just a matter of personal taste. As I said, Far Cry was an awesome game until Trigens showed up, and MW just didn't captivate me for some reason.
Thanks for the tips, everyone!

Since you have a 360 ima go out on a limb and assume you have an X-Box live account if this is the case, I reccomend that you try Shadow Run it is a very fun game. I would get it for the PC b/c it will cost you about $20 or so and you can play online against consolers, which is very funny, and brutally unfair to the consolers. You can have your way with them with skill and a katana

I
It actually reminds me a lot of FF7. It has the same type user interface and everything.
