In our video you can also see more realistic water rendering as characters shoot and jump into puddles and pools. Tim got the crowd laughing when started shooting a huge cube of meat to demonstrate the new elastic and viscous object properties.

Good find, they have really raised the bar with the upgrade. Looks great and that meat cube is too funny.

NVM, it is just a flash video, you have to have a flash player. You need to hit the play button to play it.

It told me i had to download some HD flash player thing to watch it on my laptop but on my PC it was fine. And tbh, Cryengine FTW this round.

Just an updated version of Flash player...I got the same thing, so I just updated it and it worked.

Didnt give me an option to update, it wanted me to download something else that wasnt flash player. Not gonna go for that.

No matter where I try to download Adobe Flash Player from I still get the download latest 264 version message. It's beginning to look lke you have to buy a Pro version, which I also saw on their site but no way.

Yet another use for my Firefox embedded video add-on call UnPlug (https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/2254). I had the same issue as you PP Mguire and instead of installing a new version of Flash player, which seemed unnecessary since I already have one of the 9.0 versions I just downloaded the video and played it with Quicktime.

Wish that guy's voice was a tiny bit clearer. It would make it a little easier to listen to, but it's easy enough to listen to as is. I wonder why the problem showed up on your notebook, but not on the desktop?

It does look really cool and I would definitely like to see what some of the new games using this engine look like. Does that include Gears of War 2? I wonder how you could integrate that cube of meat into a game?

Hmm....gametrailers.com; I heard they had a marketplace type of system set up where you watch a certain amount of videos over a period of time along with doing other things, get points, and can then redeem them for all kinds of game related stuff. Though I can only imagine the effort is worth more then the eventual reward it is a cool idea.
