XFX 680i LT Motherboard Problem

Hi everyone im having a weird program with my computer,havent connected anything new to it and when i press the power button fans turn on for no more than 1 second and then i turns off.

All fans spin for that second,the LEDS from board turn on,dont really know what this problem might be,havent flashed the bios or anything,no drivers installed ,nothing.

PC Specs:

XFX 680i LT Motherboard
Intel Core 2 QUad Q6600 2.4 (Not overclocked)
Ocz Reaper PC 6400 800mhz (1024 x 2)
X-Finity SLI ready 600 watt
Ati Radeon HD 3870 (Not overcloked)
Windows XP PRO 32 bits

something is trigering your power suply safety probably shourt circut protection u need to power off 4 pin power for dvd drives first and then try to turn your pc on if it happens again then turn power from floppy and so on and on until u find what is trigering your power suply that was happenning to me with one of 2 floppy power connectors u need to test it all until your pc turn on normaly and then mark that wire that it does not happens again i hope this helps
