try reading these first and get your head around i

http://www.nvidia.com/docs/CP/45121/nforce_680i_sli_overclocking.pdf

lots to read but just try and take in the cpu stuff and the bios settings to be able to do it first
unlink your memory to start with and concentrate on the cpu
but before you do anything get good cooling
and thats not just buying something that looks good
actually research and buy something that works

i use the ultra extreme 120 and it may looka little expensive for an air cooler but it actually works really well and the best money i spent

but lots to take in so good luck

I would be very interested in the 590 overclocking info (I need stock voltages most of all) if your links weren't broken.
