8800gts xfx System freeze

Hey all,
I have been strugling with this problem for a while and where I live (brazil) good help is hard to find.

This is my PC:
MOBO: GA 965P - DS3
Intel C2D 6700 @ 2,66 (STOCK)
2x 1 gb Kingston DDR2 667
2 Hard Drives (160 each). 1 DMI and the other SATA
Vid: xfx 8800gts 320mb (latest nvida drivers)
2 coolers. 1 front other back.
PSU CoolMaster eXtreme 430w REAL

SO, this is my prob. when i play a few games i get a system freeze... only way to unfreeze is hard boot. happens usually during Quake Wars, Gears of Wars, World in Conflict and Need for Speed Pro Street.

My pc tecnition says there is nothing wrong with my ram memory, gpu, cpu or even my PSU... I asked him if i should get a better PSU to support my system and he said that he doesnt think so because pc's arn't smart enough to freeze because it aint getting enough power...
well i think he's full of BULL.

What do you guys think? I used windows memory diagnostic tool to see if it was my memory. it crashed only once.

Oh man...please don't tell me, I think I have this same card but in 512Ram.
(no problems here though, thank God)

I'm not sure if this is the problem but your power won't cut it with your setup without a doubt so I suggest that you atleast get a better power supply no matter if that is the issue or not.

Whoever that PC technician is should be kicked in the balls for saying you can run your rig with that power supply considering it only 19A on the 12V rail.
