Hey all,
I have been strugling with this problem for a while and where I live (brazil) good help is hard to find.

SO, this is my prob. when i play a few games i get a system freeze... only way to unfreeze is hard boot. happens usually during Quake Wars, Gears of Wars, World in Conflict and Need for Speed Pro Street.

To use a memory diagnostic tool you would use Memtest

We need a lot more info to help you.

please list your complete system specs including CPU, RAM, motherboard, PSU, etc.

Full system specs please.

You can try uninstalling the drivers you have and reinstalling the new ones from Nvidia's website.
