I just upgraded to vista 64 and now I don't have sound. Could someone help me find some solution?

Get a Vista ready Sound Card. Sound is one of the many things that breaks in Vista, yep, they make you upgrade your Sound Card too.

Have you tryed the Vista 64 drivers?

So you have the newest drivert installed? Do you have the realtek HD audio center icon in your system tray? what about in control panel?
If so open this and go to the speaker configuration tab and verify the cord is plugged into the right output ( the green circle should be lit up)

You dont have the front panel hooked up and set to mute rear output do you?

Do you see any audio devices in the hardware manager? If you do delete it and reboot else check to see if you have the onboard sound controller enabled in the BIOS.

Get a Vista ready Sound Card.

He wouldn't need to since there are x64 Vista drivers for the onboard audio controller on his motherboard.

Very true Werty.. I have a 680i LT from XFX, with Vista 64.. and the RealTek Audio works just fine. Just make sure its enabled and the drivers and software is installed.
