The motherboard chipset is the Intel 5000x.

FB-DIMM (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fully_Buffered_DIMM) is usually used in Servers I believe, and in the new Intel Skulltrail...while normal desktop/enthusiast boards use DDR2-SDRAM (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/DDR2_SDRAM)

FB DIMM 533/667 MHz memory interface
I'm guessing this would mean that it doesn't support 800Mhz RAM...(?)

I dont know im havin that checked out before i decide to buy some though lol ive heard that the 5400 chipset can use it so i would think that the 5000x would be able too

If it supports FB then it will be fine regardless of speed. The only thing that will happen is the 800mhz ram will run at 667.
