680i lt raid 0 help

I recent built a new pc and purchased two sata 2 drives 160s. I would like to set it up for raid. I have not installed the OS yet which will be XP. I am not sure looking at the manual on what I need to setup. Can anyone provide me some help on what do so I can set it up?

I would recomend against RAID because of the problems with it but if you want to use it you might find this helpful. I use RAID 0 and its got great performace just that RAID has problems with wanting to break sometimes.
