He is talking about a 680i LT.
It looks like they only have a .ISO so yes, you need a BIOS floppy. Most of these boards have a XFX BIOS though, are you sure it is Nvidia?
If you really don't want to use a floppy to flash XFXSupport here might a Winflash version.

It depends on wether you're wanting to flash the video card or the motherboard.
For the motherboard, you can flash it either using a floppy or in windows. You do not need NVFlash for this.
For the video card you absolutely need a floppy disk that is formatted to boot from. You put NVFlash (here) on there along with the bios and when you boot to the floppy you run "nvflash biosname.rom"

I have been talking to him in private messages, he is flashing a 680i LT, with 2 BIOS types, XFX or Nvidia.

On startup it says:
(6A61IR0B) Release number 721N9P07
NVIDIA BIOS Version: 2.053.B2
It's about a 680i LT mobo.
The release number refers to the mobo BIOS i assume.
The NVIDIA BIOS version number , well i don't know.
Thats why i posted that question. I think that version is the version release or not?
