How do I slow my startup screens so I can see my bios info?

Hit "Delete" to enter it BIOS. What you are talking about is not BIOS, but just the "PCstartingupscreenthatIdon'tknowthenameof".

If I am not mistaken he is inquiring about the POST sequence screen.

Use the "Pause/Break" button.

It was the pause button I was looking for, seems kinda obvious now :)
