How can I get to my bios thru my windows....I have a XFX nForce 680i Q6600 motherboard....I was told you can access the bios while in windows...how can this be done?

Download ntune from the nvidia website and you can access some BIOS settings there. Most recommend not using this if you want to make changes and some believe that ntune causes problems.

Only go into BIOS threw BIOS. Using Windows Apps will only cause problems and headaches.

Yea those programs arnt very good. If you want to over clock just go into the boards bios.

I will add to that. I have the same board. All I use the nTune, etc. software for is to look at some of the settings. I have yet to get a steady OC by using any of it. Stick with the BIOS.

I cant find any options to overclock in bios. the FSB settings are greyed out and not changeable.

Goto "Advanced BIOS Features" --> "FSB & Memory Config" and change the "FSB - Memory Clock Ratio" setting from "Auto" to either linked or unlinked.
