Spec:
780i mobo,
X3 1000 power supply,
1 gig ram,
2.4 intel quad core
nvidia 7300 GS OC - test card
I just put all of the parts together today. Started from scratch

I have done all the proper cabling and I get no display. The tower turn on fine, no beeping. I don't even see the BIO's Info. What i see on my board when its ON: FF message
Any suggestions?

Id make sure the card isnt broken then go from there.

Somethings not right as a "FF" code means everything is working fine unless the LED codes of the 780i-SLI changed since the 680i-SLI.

Do you hear any beeps when you power your computer on?

He said he didnt hear any beeps so i think its a graphics card problem.

Right, gotcha but his board shouldn't be showing a "FF" code.

My suggestion, and as stupid as this may sound, make sure you have the monitor cable attached to your video card.

Yea it shouldnt but who knows. Ive had a board that i changed the processor in and it wouldnt boot and i tried everything then i took off the processor and it didnt beep so i have no idea what i did. Just saying that mobos sometimes dont work right.

you guys might be right abt the graphics card.
I purchased it from best buy and it was a open box item.

But the guy told me that everything wrks fine and they tested as well.

Those Best Buy people are the same people who couldnt tell if a PSU was dead. I wouldnt trust anything computer related that they said.

Pics would help.

Try using a different PCIe slot for your video card. Make sure the card is seated completely into the slot.

If your GPU needs external power make sure it is plugged in.
Check the video cable connection at the video card and at the monitor to ensure both ends are tightley connected.

No beeps means it has not fully posted yet (obviously right.) The FF on the LED means your mobo is good to go but something else is wrong.

Pull the CMOS battery, reset the CMOS jumper and let it sit for a few hours. That's what solved the problem for me. I had an FF code too, but wasn't getting video. Don't ask me why, I just know how I fixed it.

@Werty: FF is still the "everything's okay" code, but it doesn't detect this problem for some reason.
