Having experienced the no-boot/post, no video symptom on a new build with XFX nForce 680i LT SLI, I've tried a number of the solutions suggested: different video card (PCI instead of PCIe), trying one RAM stick at a time, disconnecting drives, disconnecting/re-seating cables, clearing CMOS (jumper and removing battery overnight), I still get: no keyboard lights, no power light, mobo lights all on at power-up, fans/hard drives spinning, DVD drives light up OK. One thing that keeps bugging me is the mention of various BEEP patterns -- can somebody show me where you can hook up a case speaker to this board to even HEAR a beep? I have gone over this mobo with a magnifying glass, and I DO see one little group of pins beside the "front audio" header that seems to be labeled "SP" and some numbers, but it seems to be totally undocumented in the manual, and doesn't look anything like the speaker connector that came with my case. Any thoughts are welcomed!

I'm pretty sure there's no speaker connector on this board - I spent a while looking for one too!

The 680i LT does not have a speaker or a header for one. If you get not lights at all on the mobo that would be a good place to start. Are you able to try another PSU or this PSU on another mobo? I would also start a support ticket at www.xfxforce.com.
