Coolermaster have some great coolers and out of the CPU coolers from their lineup, I've used the Hyper 6+ (http://www.alientech.it/hardware/coolermaster_hyper6/grafica/coolermaster_hyper6+_01.jpg) and Hyper 212 (http://hardware.gotfrag.com/files/upload/oscar_news_cm_212cooler.jpg) and never had any negative issues with both coolers.
As for the company itself, overall they are a good one that have alot of great products.

Unless S478 has the same mounting hole layout as LGA775, the Hyper 212 won't work.

Please don't make sure before buying that the particular model you are going to buy, supports the socket 478.Most of the new coolers now supports only the Socket 775.They aren't comatible with each other unless some special adapters being provided.
EDIT :- Wow, Werty we are posting messages at the same time.Just ater posting my message, i can see yours above me.
I've just checked their ( CM's ) website & no-cooler is compatible with the Socket 478.You'll have to look for another comany sorry to say.
Get yourself the Scythe Ninja Full Copper Heatsink which suooprts every CPU sockets. It can't get any better.

This is the best cooler your money can buy.If you are looking for something cheaper then get the Zalman CNPS7000-Cu Cooler or the Tuniq Tower 120 CPU Cooler (Socket 478/754/939/940/AM2/LGA775)

S478 cooler are pretty much non existent these days so it might be hard to find a good one. There should be some good ones here: http://www.frozencpu.com/cat/l3/g40/c14/s49/list/p1/Air_Cooling-CPU_HeatsinksCoolers-Socket_478-Page1.html

You can rig a 775 fan on a 478, but it is best to get a 478.

All those 3 pics are of the same cooler Goliath. It's the Scythe Ninja Full Copper cooler. This cooler can also be mounted on every AMD sockets & on the Intel 478 & 775.So, it's quite future proof because if u upgrade to socket 775 or AM2 in future, you will have no problem using this cooler on that.Same goes for Tuniq Tower 120 CPU Cooler also.

I've owned & used a number of Coolermaster products as well and can say that I've never had any problems with any of their stuff. It works, and works great 8)

I have high belief that you will be able to OC quite high as it's made by all Copper. Also the 120mm scythe fan will do magic.Keep us upated Goliath. :)
Being full copper,it's pricey though ( $69.99 ) :- http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835185061
@ Tomato :- CM makes great coolers but they don't sell any socket 478 coolers now which Goliath requires.

I consider Coolermaster CPU Coolers OK.
I don't use them for OCing...though...just to keep the CPU cool for now.
Now that case above looks pretty good. Though like they always say don't judge the book by its cover.
