I'm glad to see that the move went well and so far I don't face any problems, but if I'll face any I'll let you know for sure.

I'm not sure and maybe it's just me, but the site/forum seems to work a bit faster which is GREAT! :thumleft:

Now that I'm the only one using our internet atm, I can also see an improvement over the old server.

It seems a lot faster and I actually stay logged on going from topic to topic.
Of course the real test will be when the user numbers are high.

The transition was really quick, so my guess is you didn’t run into many problems.
Great job.

Hi Scott/Miles/Bjorn!

I've already noticed one small problem and maybe that's a result of what Miker claims (see below):
New post/thread window is wider then it should be again.
As the new post and/or new reply window is wider, the "Smilies" window is small, resulting in some of the emoticons not showing up and/or being hidden. I guess it sin't just me who experience this so it'll be great if you can fix it. ;)

Much faster Scott, I read and reply to one topic while another one is opening, and now the second topic opens and is ready to read before I get there.

Great Job!

I get the emoticon cut off thing too.

well actually I had one problem with it but I think it was fixed ealier. Whenever I clicked the hotlink in my bookmarks for the website, I would get a pop up with two white bars that said input Username and password and it had the HTTP name as this site. It did this a couple of times about 6 hours ago so it might have just been when you were configuring the server.

but otherwise, it is faster than before.

Is there something wrong with the SMTP server? I do not get any email notifications on threads anymore.
