Peltier cooling.

So I'm looking up peltier cooling and I think it looks rather attractive. Unfortunately, I don't have water cooling so grabbing one of these is a risk with my Zalman 9500.

Does anyone know where I can find some peltiers that don't require water cooling to keep them from blowing up?
