Alright.. this might seem like a simple question but when you actually read into it it becomes more difficult.

Basically i want to overclock my 8800GT with a program.. but what program?

RivaTuner crashes my compter if i leave the computer on while running F@H. ATi Tool wont work on Vista x64 because of Signed driver issues. NTune wont run on my computer for some reason.. it just locks up.

What would you suggest for me to do, I want to overclock and also have some fan speed control.

Thanks everybody!! :keepfolding:

Only a few problems with that.. Coolbits is only XP, not Vista. Coolbits doesnt support the 8000 series cards.. any other suggestions?

RivaTuner crashes it immediately? Or if you leave it running? Cause you can set it to just apply the overclock at startup, its a driver level thing, doesn't even start RivaTuner.

It crashes after a few hours of normal use, or 15 minutes of gaming. I have also tried having RivaTuner apply the overclock at startup... it still crashes quickly after starting to play a game. The odd part is, even if i have RivaTuner set to the default clocks it crashes like this..

Use ATI Tool. I do that to OC it then i use RivaTuner to save it and set it when i want it on.

EDIT: Sorry im blind didnt see the thing about ATI Tool. Id say your only other option is to use Nvidias junk Ntune.

Heh, no problem lots of people dont actually read before posting. I just re-installed the newest Ntune.. and it appears to work. I OC'd just a little and it succesfully passed on 3dMark.. i guess i can finally push my card!
