I have checked the temps with Riva, GPU-Z and Everest.

plan on doing more OC today (its almost 2 am) lol
edit: had to upgrade to GPU-z 09... 03 was doing funny things with clocks, rops and gpixels.

Is that right after you exit? Cause it doesn't matter how hot it gets while its running, you won't see it after you exit. RivaTuner has a great logging function, that way you can see the highest temp you ever reached. And those games might not be the best for load testing. Try running a Crysis demo or a looping test of 3dMark06.
But if that's as high as that temp goes, congrats.
I hate crysis, and I ran 3dmark06 (took forever to download last night at 4 am ;P), but heres the final clock and an average of four runs:
