To say this, Tags and Bookmarks at the bottom of the page are stupid.
I thought you were finally gonna admit you're gay.
lol, JK. ;-)
I do find them annoying and stupid as well.

EDIT: its funny how you said that tags are stupid yet you added a few to this thread that you made
It makes you scroll more.
:dielaffin:
Is scrolling down an extra ~67 pixel too much work for you?
I don't know what everyone else thinks but the "Boomarks" and "Tags" sections don't bother me. Infact I never even noticed them until this thread was made.

These came with the new version of the forum. Didn't even see them. I probably will turn off the bookmarks (I don't we write enough cool stuff for Digg etc.).
However tags. I'm going to be quite frank here. What is wrong with the idiot who put those tags here ? seriously? If you do not want to use tags or care about tags for **** sake don't touch it. If you do not know what theya re for, ask here and do not start adding crap there. I removed what was put there to clean up.
The idea is quite simple. Tag posts with keywords that fit which, if people actually work together, will allow us to make the search better and make it easier to find related topics.
I actually expected mature people here but maybe I was wrong?
Seriously - what's wrong with you guys? If you don't use it, just leave it. It's a few exztra pixels in the bottom of the page under everything. How much extra scrollingspace does that do?

"i dont get this?" Was not done by me, then I replied with "is it used to add, stupid comments?"
Maybe if you made a post explaining what it is for?

Actually PPM's tag wasn't the ones I got pissed off by, it was Mikers. And Miker, asking before acting like a jerk wouldn't have been easier?

O, I was just being cheeky at PPM, he posted that stupid one, so I said "is it for posting stupid comments?" meant to say PPM is wrong.

How do they make you scroll more if they're at the bottom of the page?

I think it's an excellent idea to include tags on threads as you can increase search accuracy (as long as the tags are relevant to the thread content), they don't intrude much at all, didn't even notice them until just then...
