Hey, just wondering if it is even possible to mount this giant CPU cooler on a Sapphire Radeon X1600pro 256mb DDR3 HDMI PCIe Video Card. I am sure that I will have to modify the cooler a little bit but was wondering what the best way to do this?
Anyone ever do something like this?

I used to mount CPU coolers on GPUs by way of super glue. I highly reccomend staying away from that method.

Well looking at the LGA775 screws, I would have to bring them in close towards the heatsink. This thing is also pretty heavy, so how could I go about supporting the weight?
Also, I super glued a heatsink on a geforce 2 but it shortly fell off when the system was on.

Get a bracket for an LGA 775 that is designed to go on the back of the mobo. Then when you move the screw locations on the heatsink, do so on the backer plate as well, but make sure the backer plate is plastic, or you insulate it with some double sided tape, leaving the backing on the side where the bracket and the PCB meet, so you can take it off later without the tape sticking to the card. That should help support the weight some.

Thanks, but when I move the screws on the heatsink, should I JB Weld them?

If the mounting holes of your X1600 don't line up with the GeminII's mounting screws, you're gonna need to either to some drill some new holes on the GeminII's mount bracket or mock up your own mounting bracket since the stock mounting system on the GeminII is fixed and can't be adjusted.

Regardless if this works I don't recommend it as there are a whole bunch of good aftermarket video cards coolers like the Zalman VF700-Cu (http://www.pcsilent.de/ppic_MAXI_Zalman_VF700-Cu_graphic_card_cooler_quiet_VGA_heatsink_quiet_VG A_card_zmvf700cu.jpg) and VF900-Cu (http://www.sybaritic.co.za/store/images/VC-ZVF900.jpg).

The VF900 pwns.
And yet again i advice no super glue for anything that gets hot. Youll get this.

I would be afraid of mounting that on a graphics card.

Hmm, I am starting to think twice about this because of the weight of the heatsink.
Maybe I can try it on a geforce 2 GTS first and see if it warps it?
more then likely tear it from the pci-e slot or pci/agp slot...or just tear off.
