What's the best out there right now? I need a whole system.

I buy all my stuff at jab-tech.com, pretty balanced between awesome prices and selection.
Best advice I can give you, don't buy a kit. Buy the parts individually, it'll end up costing about the same and you can easily upgrade later if you want to. For instance I got one of the best blocks out there, the D-Tek FuZion with the quad-core nozzle kit, and a standard MCP-655 pump with a 2X120mm rad with all the tubing and barbs and what not for about $230.

That's pretty cheap! Thanks!

Price does go up quickly though with certain brands and setups. My watercooling setup has cost me almost $1000. It all depends on how extreme you want to go.

I will never do water cooling after seeing what happened to my buddy's computer. lol, He leaves his case open and his cat chewed on the hoses. I thought it was pretty funny but if that happened to me I would cry. Water + Electronics= one VERY ANGRY person.

Water cooling is great but only for those with common sense. If your a little on the dumb and lazy side then don't bother. But if you don't mind to take the time to keep everything nice and maintained then by all means. Water and electronics don't mix too well and the last thing you need is to short your gear. Learn about water cooling first and then be honest with yourself and ask...'Can I change the fluid out every once in awhile and flush the system without too many excuses not to do it?' I have seen water loops clogged with algae and I have seen water systems that are well maintained. There is a lot of benefits to water cooling when you do it right. For the dumbass's there are more downfalls then there are benefits because eventually their stupidity will win out.

This is one reason the WC setup is moving to the garage. Easier to work on out there.
Also, I should point out that the $230 is for a single CPU setup, without cooling the video cards or nb/sb. That is still in the works, probably another loop when I get the video cooling stuff. Also, I would recommend a 3x120mm rad instead. Its like $10 more.
And Sadasius, I'd love to see some pics of your rig man, I know its gotta be nice. Plus I'm sure I could learn something.

Once it's done I will have all the pics posted here on Bjorn3d in it's own thread. I still have to wait on a few more parts and my paint guy is a little lazy but at least he does good work. Everything had to be done in stages and some have been halted till parts come in. The case is coming along amazingly. I am pretty impressed with it. I had to do mucho cutting and went through about 40 reinforced dremel blades.
One thing I truely recommend for watercooling setup's is planning. You cannot do enough of it. See what it will look like in your head and plan accordingly. Draw it out if you have to and think about every part, screw, hose, clamp, pump, rad and fan and where they are going to go. Measure, measure and measure again.

I'm lazy, but I take care of my stuff. So I'm going to take care of this because it costs a lot of money.
I'm getting a 780i motherboard, are there any blocks for the NB out yet?

Yup....Here is a linky. I would not buy directly from them but through a retailer that carries their stock. EK makes great waterblocks with excellent flow and flatness.
