New Sticky/Sub Forum Idea

You should have a Welcome/Goodbye forum/thread so people can say hi when they join and post if they are going away for a bit.

Yea, and I have noticed that shoutboxes decrease forum posting activities a lot.

I like shoutbox, but it does cut down on forum activity.
