How in the HELL is spammers able to get by? Heck I had to PM Kougar when I first signed on to get in to post. Is it that some threads you don't need to be registered or something? I remember when I did not set my forum rules right I got spam bots galore. But now they have to register to post and the registration has the image tags to keep these things out. Never had a problem since then.

We are currently deleting 100+ SPAM posts a day posted by bots. With the current system we have set up they all fall into a moderation que and in most cases we delete them before you ever see them. Most of these SPAM posts are coming from outside of the US and predominately from China.
