The 2 combined is costly, yes, but very effective. I also think it looks pretty cool :) Im sure there must be no noise since this guy dosent have his fans in his 360.

Kind of a crappy water cooling system. With those elbows going 90 degrees plus the small and lengthy tubing and passive cooling tower. I am not sure how this will perform. You could build a cheaper and better system by doing it yourself. Get some blocks, good tubing and pump, good rad like a Thermchill, some yate's and make a rad box that will house the pump and a PSU that has been kicking around in your closest for the past while.

This will cost roughly 150 and ill still be able to take it to LANs. He said the thing dosent even get hot this way. Plus, even if it didnt perform that well im sure it performs alot better than the sh!t M$ calls a cooling system in these things.

Lol Sedasius its not like its a overclocked monster. Thats ok i guess. I got the newer 360 when my old one died and ive had it in my room when it was 80 for over 12 hours and it didnt get any hotter than it would if it where 70.

Only a $150....Well okay then that is much cheaper then I thought it would be. I thought that passive cooling tower was much more expensive then that. Hell why not then. Good investment to protect your gear from the crappy cooling it has.

Well its only about 110 at Frys for the Koolance setup. Im only estimating the second block cost honestly. But its still pretty cheap for a whole getup to go on a non OCed 360 just to keep it cool. And i think its worth it so my Elite dosent junk out like my friends Permium back here *points behind me where it sits*

So does that mean you have the Zalman Reserator already? The Reserator that show in that photo is the v2 model, which costs $220 at the Egg. The v1 model is $170 or so... cheaper if ya grab a used one of course.
Overall it should work better than the stock setup the Xbox uses, but after a few hours of gaming the Reserator should be warm to very warm to the touch without a fan on it.

This guy says his dosent really get all that warm and neither does his Xbox. For me, i dont mind putting a Stanley blower on it if i have to like i used to with my PC. Over cooling is better than under cooling IMO. Idk what version Frys has but it was pretty cheap. Right around the Bigwater price too.

Im more partial to the black Elites. I dont think the 360s should have been white at all. Looks funky.

I agree but at the time i didnt have the luxury of picking colors. There was white with HDD and ahhh white with no HDD lol.
