9800GTX HDMI pass through connection help

So what pins exactly am i supposed to hook the 2 wires up too from the HDMI audio cord on the 9800gtx? my board is an EVGA 680i. Thanks.

Connect the white cable to pin 3(SPDIF OUT) and the black to pin 5(GROUND) and then the big connection to the card.

what flavour is the sound card if oem express you have to do a little soldering and fit a header, thats what I've done

Its the standard XFX model, it has the pins for the cords already in place.
