Heres a link to the conference where Bill Gates is showing off a small portion of Windows 7. Looks like it will take awhile to release. Till then lots of Vista updates seem on the horizon. This is also where Bill Gates is officially retiring from Microsoft.

I don't think games would support touch screen. It would be cool to touch everything on your screen though :). BTW, according to John Titor, there will be no company as Microsoft later on. I hope that doesn't happen but who knows. Its sad that Bill Gates is retiring.

I wont be happy if you have to use that touch screen. Ive been using a mouse for forever for a reason.

Keep in mind what they did with Vista, it was going to have a lot of really nice features and they announced, advertised, press confrenced, and leaked all about them.

Then 6 months before release they yanked most of the innovative stuff to rush it out onto market.

If they rush Windows 7 then it'll be no better than Vista was when it released.

I seriously doubt that it will be a dedicated touch screen OS because touch screen is more for tablets and POS computers at Retail outlets. If I gotta poke a guy in the head to get a head shot I'm not gonna be happy lol.

I'm pretty sure they'll keep the mouse support. It'll be just an additon, the touch-screen, I mean...
