Okay, so today I opened my computer up to try to get my audio problem corrected (I only touched the front Audio connection). I got all of that done and then realized my LED's werent working correctly so i tried to fix that connection. I put it all back together and turned on my computer. Nothing happened to my screen, the computer was on but the screen didnt change. I unpugged everything and plugged it back in a few times before it started working. Then when i got it working my hard drive stopped spinning. I know it isnt the hard drive thats bad, because I have tried 2 other ones too. Everything else is working fine. I have been using this set up since January and nothing has gone wrong yet. My guess is its the Motherboard or the PSU. I have a 430 watt power supply which seems like it would be enough.

Any suggestions?

If it is happening with multiple hard drives than my guess would be the rail your HDD is connected to from the power supply. Have you try another rail or a completely different supply? All an HDD should need to spin up is the presence of 12V and 5V power which both should be active since the fans work(12v) and if you boot all the way to BIOS(motherboard 5v,12v, and 3.3v) should be present. I would start with your power supply if multiple HDDs are doing this.
