How come the manual latency I set in BIOS changes after I reboot, which result in failure of booting.

Is SLI memory enabled, is so disable that? What are the latency settings you are using?

yes they are enabled, I got 2GB ddr3-1333 CL 9-9-9-24 1T
but I find that if I set them @ CL 9-10-10-25 1T then I wont get a warning during self-testing screen, but there is about 50% chance that when I reboot or re- turn on the system, it failed to boot, press del INTO BIOS and find out it;s bcoz latency changed back to 99-9-24 automatically.

Turn off SLI RAM and put in the timings, that should work.

If there is any incompatible part of your OC then it will auto change the settings to boot you back in thats normal saves you from having to jump the cmos

It is the 1T that is killing you probably. Change it to 2T and it will probably stabilize.

it seems that it needs higher voltage as well, I set it at 1.8V, and it boots everytime so far.

I was just gonna suggest that. Good to see you figured it out.
