I opened a ticket with XFX on the support center. My ticket number is 160580. Since one reply on Friday, I haven't heard back from them. I'm trying to RMA my 790i board because of the constant lock ups and freezing during gaming.

Why is XFX ignoring my ticket?

I'm about to take this up with the FTC and the Better Business Bureau. This is bad business.

Regardless of how the rest of this gets handled. I'm not buying anything from XFX again. This is the worst customer service I've ever dealt with.

We apologize but we are not open on the weekend. I will make sure that your ticket is looked in to and the issue is taken care of.

A Tech will look into it as soon as they see this.

1. They don't work on weekends so it has only been 1 day.
2. Usally this happens if you don't tell them your location.
3. What is your location?

*Edit* Tech beat me to it.

This is no way to get help and dont bash XFX because your an idiot, lock ups and freezes 90% of the time are faulty drivers do a little research and you will find many fixes to these problems. try different bios dont be a hot headed idiot you only make yourself look like a child.

I dont know many companies that are opened on weekends sadly.
Besides the fact that XFX is not opened on the weekend dont worry they will take care of your problem ASAP.
XFX in my opinion has the best customer support around along with Mushkin.
If you are not satisfied with your XFX product then so be it, but I tell you, I been building computers for I cant even remember and XFX has always been as helpful as they could, even more then some of the other popular brands.

I'm betting out of the box drivers, lack of Bios updates, incompatible parts, lack of experience.

Then I know there's a lack of social graces, and little or no experience working on RMAs cause XFX rocks in product and support.

Oh and the screen name RobTheFrog, do I even have to go there?

was only wishing best of luck, and I have experienced the bad end of the stick with reagrds to issung a ticket......

btw out the box drivers/software (bios update killed boards) and they didn't appologise for that or issue a warning/sticky :P

Chipset ?????
no where does it state in the manual that only one bank of dimms over clockable.

O and the lack of good business etiquette get back to your customers, creates good karma and they come back.

Every single ticket i have sent XFX was always promptly answered, except on the weekend of course. XFX rocks in my opinion.

Fenixryan, if you are having issues with your board, open your own thread in the support forums. If you just want to vent, this is not the place for it.

Rob, as many people have already said, a 1 day turnaround on a support ticket is actually quite good. It took me calling Dell several times to get my ticket looked at when I had issues with them. Impatience on your part is not XFX's fault.
