Problem with gaming on XFX 9800GTX Black edition

Hello!
My problem is when I start to play any game it's starts ok, but after 5 or 10 minutes I get black screen for a sec. and oops I am in windows, no error screens no windows problems, it happens with Vista and XP too.
All runs perfect untill I start games, I think it is a drivers problems of NVIDIA or XFX, some one can help me ?

NVIDIA XFX GeForce 9800 GTX Black edition 760 Mhz (512MB)

Sony DVD RW x20 sata
Sys: Microsoft Windows XP Professional Service Pack 3
DirectX 4.09.00.0904 (DirectX 9.0c)
Hardware Driver: nv4_disp.dll (6.14.11.7516 - nVIDIA ForceWare 175.16)
PSU: ENERMAX Pro 82+ (525watt) SLY & crossfierx support.

Try a different set of display drivers.

When you get the black screen does the system restart or shut down? Have you tried different driver versions? It sounds like it may be a PSU issue, especially if the system shuts down or restarts. Are you able to try the video card in another system or a different PSU in this system?

No the system dosen't shuts down or restarts. It's just run back to windows. I tried diffrent drivers & os. nothing
