xfx 680i lt sli pci card woes

Hi there,

I can't seem to get anything to recognize pci cards on this board and I am noticing that my onboard audio and firewire cannot stay disabled. I tried resetting configuration data, and dorking with slots but it will not work for neither a spare network card nor my fatal1ty pro sound card and I'm sure it's not the cards. So what am I doing wrong? The bios just doesn't seem to give out the irqs.

I have dual sli setup, and running nvidia raid as well. I don't know if that matters.

Welp partially fixing my own issues. Firewire cabling location on motherboard was prohibiting the sound card from seating properly and p07 bios completely breaks everything. For gods sake don't install that pos. Reverted to p06 and reseated card no problems. Upped pci latency to 64 just for stability. This thing was entirely locking my machine.
