modder friendly warranty

does this warranty mean I can modify the plastic housing on the 8800gts heatsink ?
I've taken it off before, but I wish to dremel the plastic and mod it a bit...
So, is it covered ?

No, as you would not be able to put it back to "stock condition" if you needed to turn it in, unless you had an extra housing of course :).
